Ruthmann appointment highlights Italy growth plans

Ruthmann Italia is restructuring its sales organization with Aimen Gharbi taking on the role of Sales Manager, responsible for all sales activities across the country

With many years of experience in the rental industry, Gharbi was previously with Loxam where he gained extensive operational and customer service experience.

“We are pleased to welcome Aimen Gharbi, an experienced industry expert, to our team,” says Gianpiero Marti, Head of Sales and Marketing at Ruthmann Italia. “He combines technical expertise, in-depth market knowledge and a clear customer focus – all essential qualities to drive our brands forward in the Italian market.”

A key priority in his new role will be the strategic development of brand awareness in Northern Italy. In the short term, the focus will be on expanding the sales network, while the medium-term goal is to further strengthen local presence – supported by strategic partnerships and ongoing dialogue with the market. On-site customer visits, personal consultations, and direct engagement at trade fairs and industry events will be Gharbi’s core activities. Initiatives such as open house events at the Ruthmann Italia site are also planned to provide customers with a hands-on experience of the product portfolio.

“Ruthmann Italia stands for quality, safety, and an exceptionally wide range of brands,” says Aimen Gharbi. “Our customers benefit from a strong multi-brand offering within the Time Manufacturing Company, with solutions for a broad variety of applications – from cost-efficient entry-level models to premium truck-mounted platforms.”

Representing Time brands such as Steiger, Bluelift, Versalift, France Elévateur, and Movex, Ruthmann Italia, Gharbi’s focus will be on product sales and building long-term customer relationships, especially in the rental segment.

“Trust is a decisive factor in the aerial platform business,” Gharbi said. “We aim to offer not just products, but tailored solutions – reliable, safe, and economically sustainable over the long term.”
