Largest boom joins LGMG range
21 May 2025

LGMG has launched its largest boom lift to date – an electric, telescopic model.
The T42JE-2 is driven by a high-capacity of 80V lithium-ion battery and is part of LGMG’s new -2 series, released in the fourth quarter of 2024.
It has a maximum working height of 44.15m and horizontal outreach of 24.5m. The 2.44m x 0.9m platform has a dual capacity of 300/450kg, allowing up to three people to work at the same time, along with materials, increasing productivity.
Built for tough environments, the T42JE-2 features a 4 wheel drive system and 360° continuous rotation.
The T42JE is equipped with an expandable axle for compact transportation and improved maneuverability in confined areas. This new design is a standard feature for models over 34m working height.
Despite its capabilities, the machine remains compact, says the company, with a width of 2.47m with axles retracted and 4m with axles extended. Total machine weight is 22400kg.
The advanced electrical system integrates Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), controller and pump into a single (3-in-1), maintenance-free unit, featuring a compact layout, excellent matching performance, and higher efficiency.
