H&E Equipment Services has opened a new branch in Kings Mountain, North Carolina.

The branch, its ninth location to open in the state and fourth in greater Charlotte, will hold a wide range of equipment, including aerial lifts, earthmoving equipment, telescopic forklifts, compaction equipment, generators and lighting towers from the likes of Kubota, Genie, JCB, Hilti and Yanmar.

Branch manager Rob Kendrick said the decision to open the branch comes after consistent growth in the Charlotte metropolitan area and will allow H&E to bring “additional fleet and resources to serve customers” in the region.

Kendrick said, “Our existing North Charlotte, Charlotte and Statesville branches blanket the eastern and northern portions of the area, so we’ve strategically placed our new branch in Kings Mountain to reach farther west and southwest, including into upstate South Carolina.

“Our proximity to I-85 and Hwy. 74 is ideal and allows us to deliver equipment to job sites across the metro area quickly and efficiently.”

The new location is the eighth that the company has opened since May, with further branches opening in Texas, Louisiana and Alabama
