APEX & IRE show opens with record registrations

APEX and the International Rental Exhibition (IRE) have opened this week with record pre-registrations for the two shows, taking place in Maastricht.

The APEX & IRE shows have opened today in Maastricht.

Co-located at the MECC from Tuesday to Thursday this week, there are more than 200 exhibitors across APEX and IRE and a range of industry leading indoor and outdoor events.

Registration remains open and is free of charge, with passes to one show giving access to both - it can be completed here. Visitors can also register for free at the show itself.

Arthur Schavemaker, exhibition organiser with IPI, which co-organises the show with KHL Group, said, “I’m delighted with the reaction from the industry to the show, and we look forward to seeing everyone here at the MEC over the three days.

“The opening day of a show is always special after the anticipation and build-up - the work is done and now the exhibition belongs to its visitors.

Range of events 

There are lots of things happening in Maastricht from 2 to 4 June, with the IRE and APEX shows on all three days and the ERA Convention on 3 and 4 June.

In addition, the European Rental Awards dinner is on the evening of 3 June, with more than 420 delegates already confirmed.

Included in the exhibitions is a free programme of 10-minute presentations by around 20 exhibitors, covering areas such as aerial platforms, new power technology and rental-related software. Details soon on the two show websites.

IPAF is also giving for demonstrations each day in its outside demo zone. It also has an indoor stand.
