Boels makes changes to senior management board

Boels is appointing four new board members as part of a reshuffle of its senior management team.

Current COO Reiant Mulder will leave Boels from 1 April after seven years in the role, to pursue a new position outside Boels. He will be succeeded by Lars Reehorst, who has spent five years at Boels and is currently group managing director.

The three other new board appointees are Erik Damoiseaux, who will be chief business officer, Manon Douven as chief human resources officer, and Bob de Leeuw, chief technology officer.

Boels said all four had extensive experience at the business “demonstrating long standing commitment and deep familiarity with the organisation.”

Boels also paid tribute to the contribution of outgoing COO Reiant Mulder; “I would like to sincerely thank Reiant for his commitment, leadership and impact he has had on Boels.

“He leaves behind a strong organisation with an empowered leadership team and passionate people. Lars Reehorst will have a great platform to build upon. I have greatly enjoyed working with Reiant and wish him every success in the next step of his career.”

Following the changes on 1 April, the Boels group management board will comprise:
