Cherrypicker Shop takes over Simon Access specialist

UK-based Cherrypicker Shop has acquired the assets and all historical records of parts specialist Miles Robinson Ltd, after its owner announced his retirement.

Established in the 1990s in Cheltenham, Miles Robinson provides a “unique” parts service that helps maintain the operational status of the self-propelled, van, towable and truck mount platforms produced by global manufacturer Simon Access Group.

The Miles Robinson company was founded by Roger Miles after the collapse of the Simon Access Group and, according to Cherrypicker Shop, had since built strong reputation as the place to go when “all else failed trying to obtain parts”...Sign in to continue reading.
