Worldlift's 12 m working height DK12 MII matches new controls and hydraulics to the older Denka Lift

Worldlift's 12 m working height DK12 MII matches new controls and hydraulics to the older Denka Lift model.

Worldlift Industries in Denmark has re-introduced its 12 m working height Denka Lift DK12, calling it the MkII. Maximum payload of the 1800 kg machine is 200 kg and maximum outreach is 8 m.

The MkII, launched in prototype at Platformers' Days in Hohenroda, Germany, has the same all-steel chassis, slewing ring, and superstructure as the earlier model, which was discontinued in 2004. However, it has the controls, steering, and hydraulics of the DK 15 launched last year.

Central to the model's 5-hour continuous run time is a variable-speed, continuous displacement hydraulic pump. Its output is proportional, said the company, to the desired speed of boom movements, thereby saving energy, said the company. An on-board charger replenishes the battery in 20 minutes.

The DK12 MkII will be available in October and will have a €39800 price.
