The decision reflects the company’s commitment to supporting the sector’s evolution towards increasingly connected and efficient operating models, within a fully integrated aftermarket ecosystem.
To complete its offering, which is included in the sale cost and comes with 36 months of free subscription, Dieci is also introducing a three-year warranty on its machines. In this context, original spare parts are included within the warranty period.
The Dieci Telematics System is a key tool for intelligent fleet management, giving customers, fleet managers and rental operators complete, real-time control over their machines.
Key features include continuous monitoring of operating data, including location, fuel level and hours of use; advanced diagnostics and remote assistance; planning and tracking of maintenance activities; as well as geolocation-based security systems designed to prevent improper or unauthorised use; and detailed analysis of consumption and performance.

The system also provides advanced tools for end users and dealers, helping speed up maintenance interventions and enable remote. DTS also integrates dedicated REST APIs, enabling integration with existing management platforms and the management of mixed fleets without the need for additional devices.
New telematics app
The new Dieci Telematics App allows users to monitor machine status directly from their smartphones and delivering an even more flexible and accessible user experience.
The new solution forms part of an evolving digital ecosystem designed to simplify machine monitoring and make it increasingly simple and intuitive, said the company. In addition to remote monitoring via the app, users will be able to easily keep track of maintenance schedules and upcoming service requirements, ensuring everything remains under control and allowing action to be taken at the right time.
