Fish resurfaces at Ardent Hire
23 September 2016
Former Nationwide Platforms managing director Jeremy Fish has been appointed as the new CEO of Ardent Hire, replacing Steve Corcoran who stepped down earlier this year.
The news comes just a day after Nationwide Platforms – part of Lavendon Group – announced that Mr Fish had resigned.
Ardent is a new rental company in the UK that was formed by the merger of One Call Hire and Fork Rent – a deal that was struck with private equity backing in August 2015.
Ardent said Mr Fish has over 20 years' experience in international and domestic markets, is a proven business developer and an accomplished operations manager.
“He has built his experience mainly with four companies, GEC, Misys, Aggreko and Lavendon. This knowledge and experience will be a great addition to the board and we look forward to him leading the business to achieving our goals,” the company added.
