Haulotte Q4 revenues up in challenging full year

Haulotte reported the slowdown in the global aerial platform market continued in the fourth quarter of the year, weakened by a “highly uncertain” economic and geopolitical environment.

However, compared to prevous quarters year, the fourth quarter saw a revenue of €128 million across all its activities, representing a 6% increase compared with the same period in 2024, driven by improvements in Europe specifically.

“The decline in the global aerial platform market, which began in the second half of 2023, continued throughout 2025,” said Haulotte. “The market reached its lowest level since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, mainly impacted by a further significant downturn in the Chinese market.” Haulotte posted annual revenue of €512 million in 2025, down -18% compared with 2024.

Global uncertainty

In Europe, a strong commercial performance at the end of the year enabled the group to report slight growth of +2%, it said, driven by higher volumes of new equipment sales.

In Asia-Pacific, where activity remained sluggish across most markets, the company recorded revenue down -19%.

In North America, no tangible signs of recovery have yet been observed, added Haulotte. Combined sales in this region fell sharply by -40% year-on-year.

“In Latin America, the downward trend observed since the beginning of the year in almost all markets was confirmed,” said Haulotte. As a result, the group recorded a -35% decline in sales.

Over the full year, equipment sales decreased by -20%, rental activity by -8%, and Services activity by -4%.

Hopeful for 2026

Furthermore, on 16 December, Haulotte signed a new syndicated loan agreement with its banking partners for €130 million, identical to its previous facility, allowing the group to securefinancing for the coming years, it said.

Looking ahead, Haulotte said,”Despite limited visibility and an uncertain global environment, Haulotte should be able to achieve sales growth in 2026, the extent of which will largely depend on the recovery of the North American market.
