Hinowa launches support JLG ‘Europe for Europe’ plan

Reflecting the Bauma theme of climate neutrality, Hinowa is presenting a number of lithium battery powered lifts on its stand as well as confirming that it will manufacture a number of lifts for parent company JLG.

Making its debut at Hinowa’s Bauma is the new telescopic spider boom, the TeleCrawler30. Powered by a lithium-ion battery pack that eliminates CO2 emissions, the model reaches a maximum working height of 30m, with 300kg loading capacity. The model adds to Hinowa’s TeleCrawler range which includes the 13m and 22 units.

JLG has also confirmed that Hinowa will take on more production at its factory in Italy, as part of its new Europe for Europe approach, which will see products sold to the continent produced in the continent.

Hinowa has expanded its facilities to take on JLG’s ultra boom and the continued production of electric EC boom lifts, including the EC450AJ Compact, which is being launched at the show. At 2m wide, the new model offers true zero tail swing and is equipped with 10kWh lithium ion-phosphate (LFP) batteries as standard, with an option to extend to 20kWh for extended run times.

Among the other zero-emission innovations in the Hinowa stand is the TPX1800E compact electric tracked pallet jack, which is capable of lifting and moving pallets weighing up to 1.8 tonnes.

Thanks to the electric drive system and extendable pantograph forks, this highly versatile model can be used to load and unload materials quickly in a variety of environments.

Visitors will also see the bi-energy version of the Lightlift 20.10 spider lift, with a working height of 20.15m and operating reach of 9.70m. Its IPM (interior permanent magnetic) electric motor guarantees high levels of efficiency, and it is designed for stable operation and precise positioning, due to the high-performance hydraulic system.

Also appearing at Bauma for the first time is the new electric radio-controlled mini dumper RHS900E, which can load, transport, and unload materials weighing up to 910kg. Remotely operated, it reduces emissions thanks to its electric transmission.

In addition, visitors to Bauma can see two more Hinowa products on display on the AUSA stand (FM.710/3). These include the diesel-powered TPX1800 tracked pallet jack, and the HS1203 high-tip and self-loading dumper bed, which allows a single operator to dump at height directly into a container or truck in complete autonomy.

“We are delighted to share the Hinowa product line on the JLG and AUSA stands at Bauma this year,” says Rogerio dos Santos, JLG VP EMEAI & Global Strategy and M&A. “This highlights our successful integration with both brands, and the results of our collaborations. By combining our capabilities, we can provide industry-leading products to better serve the needs of our customers across Europe and beyond.”
