Hy-Brid Lifts makes key sales appointment

Low-level access equipment manufacturer Hy-Brid Lifts - a subsidiary of Custom Equipment LLC, has appointed a new director of sales for one of its major regional markets.
The company, which is known for its Push-Around and Zero-Turn scissor lift ranges, has named John Davis as director of sales for the south-central United States.
He will be responsible for providing customer support and for “continuing the growth and channel development of the Hy-Brid Lifts line of low-level scissor lifts.
Dave Wanta, Custom Equipment LLC vice president of sales, said, “We are thrilled to have John join the Hy-Brid Lifts team. He will work directly with our dealer network in the south-central United States, strengthening our ability to serve our customers.
“John brings a wealth of sales and rental industry knowledge along with operational experience that will bring great value to our customers. John is a valuable addition to the team, and we look forward to the contributions that he will provide for our company’s continued growth.”
Davis, who has been in the industry for over ten years, joins the company after a serving as a territory sales manager for Texas State Rentals.
Prior to that he spent over seven years at Asco Equipment, where he held the roles of parts manager and A/P specialist, for five and two years respectively.
Speaking of his new role with Hy-Brid Lifts, Davis said, “I am truly elated to become the latest member of the sales team here at Hy-Brid Lifts.
