Industry expert on Chinese equipment downturn

Over the last few years, the Chinese equipment market has been the world’s biggest market for sales, accounting for a large percentage of global sales. However, construction equipment sales began to decline after the first quarter of 2021 and that trend has continued.

Chris Sleight, managing director, Off-Highway Research, explains why and looks at what the near future may hold for the market.
