Oshkosh Corp reported its Access equipment business, JLG Industries, had a $2.0 billion backlog at the end of the second quarter of the year, up 65% from the same period in 2025.
Sales for the Access segment increased by 9.4% to $1.37 billion, year-on-year primarily due to higher sales volume and improved pricing.
Sales of aerial platforms were 15% up at $735.1 million, while telehandler revenues were down 19% to $263 million. Other revenues – including from its Ausa business – saw revenues up 28% year-on-year to $375 million.

Oshkosh’s investor presentation released with the results highlighted growing demand for its aerial platforms as a result of strong mega project activity.
Around 80% of the Access segment’s revenues are generated in North America.
John Pfeifer, president and CEO of Oshkosh, said; “We are seeing strong demand for access equipment highlighted by robust orders of $1.5 billion.”
Operating profit at the division fell by 16.5% to $151.6 million for the quarter.
The company said its full year revenue guidance – covering all its businesses including fire trucks and defense – was now $11.2 billion, which is $200 million than its previous guidance.
Total revenue in 2025 was $10.4 billion.
