Kiloutou reshapes executive group

Kiloutou has made changes to its executive group, including the appointment of a new HR director and an international director.

Company veteran Jan-Luc Ambre, who was previously Kiloutou’s CFO and already a member of the executive group, will become international director. He will be tasked with consolidating the company’s position in the top three of all the markets where it is active and driving the group’s international business beyond 50% of total revenue.

Ambre has been with Kiloutou for 23 years and, said Kiloutou, has established an efficient financial structure, enabling Kiloutou to quintuple its revenue in 15 years and surpass €1 billion.

He will support international subsidiary directors and strengthen cooperation between the countries and the group’s support functions.

Joanne Van Doesburg has been recruited as human resources director. She has 25 years experience in human resources with major international groups, including 17 years at Danone.

Kiloutou said her goal will be to transition Kiloutou from an international company into a unified European group with a common language, shared culture, and harmonised talent policy.

With Jean-Luc Ambre becoming international director, Antoine Clech takes over as group CFO and joins the executive committee.

Clech joined Kiloutou in 2023 as deputy CFO and has helped structure and professionalise the group’s financial communications and played an active role in the recent debt refinancing.
