Kiloutou reported annual sales of €1.29 billion for the year to the end of December 2025, up 3.3% on the previous year. In France, its largest market, challenging conditions led to a slight revenue fall.
The modest growth rate reflected increased revenues from its international operations, which rose by 10% to €526 million, driven by demand in Italy and Spain. The rise also reflects the acquisitions that Kiloutou has made over the past 18 months. Business outside of France now accounts for 41% of the total.
In France, Kiloutou said “challenging market conditions” led to a 0.9% fall in sales to €763.1 million, year-on-year.
The performance of its final quarter, up 5% year-on-year at €334 million, hints at an improving market environment although Kiloutou did not provide any comment on that in its preliminary release.
EBITDA profits for the full year were flat at €494 million, impacted by lower sales of used equipment in line with less investment in fleet renewal. Its rental EBITDA increased by 1.9% to €451.6 million.
The company said the growth of the business in 2025 was driven by “price adjustments, strategic diversification, and targeted growth opportunities in specific regions.”
Kiloutou will release fuller financial statements on 7 April.
