Load lifting kit for Palazzani’s largest lift

Palazzani has launched a new accessories kit for the basket of its 52m working height XTJ 52+ spider lift, including a lifting jib, front supports and upper supports.

The main objective of the kit is to support operators in the lifting and handling of large items, including pipes, glass, and antenna elements, with a solution integrated directly into the machine.

The vertical load lifting jib is a fixed hook jib, extendable in two positions, with a 100kg maximum lifting capacity. This device, which can be mounted in a central position on the basket, is designed to lift antenna components and other objects in total safety

The front fork supports are also designed to lift objects of up to 100kg and are distributed equally on two supports and adjustable in two vertical positions. They allow the lifting of glass panels and similar loads. 

Adjustable in three vertical lifting and grip positions, the upper fork supports can also lift 100kg and provide a firm grip of pipes and other items with profiled edges. 

The load lifting kit allows the lowering of material from the workplace to the ground, as well as from the basket. However, as the manufacturer points out the operator must always be aware of the precise weight of the load to proceed in total safety and work in combination with the machine’s control system.

Thanks to the modular design, the operator can easily mount the accessories according to their needs, while an electronic anemometer is installed on the cage.
