Manitou NA introduces utility telehandler

The MT 732 utility telehandler offers strong multitasking capabilities, with enough capacity and lift height for the construction jobsite and a reinforced boom capable of taking on loader jobs on the farm or in municipality settings. Rental customers now have a mid–range machine with multiple attachment capabilities. The machine can be used on large construction jobs, but is compact enough to enter industrial sites.

Among its features include the TIER II Perkins 84 hp naturally aspirated engine that incorporates advanced technology and design to provide the power and low end torque required of demanding jobs. The hydraulic control system on the MT 732 has been improved, providing easy use and productivity on all hydraulic functions. The new “Load Placing System” joystick controls feature dual–linked joysticks, providing both lift and place construction controls and agricultural style loader controls on the same machine. In addition, the directional control of the transmission is integrated into the joystick allowing for single hand operation of all truck functions. The standard torque convertor transmission, with electro–hydraulic reversing, allows fast and precise maneuvering while putting maximum torque to the drive wheels.
