Mike Disser joins US rental consultancy

Michael Disser has joined forces with Michael Crouch to provide consultancy services to small and mid-sized rental companies in the US.

Disser, who is an experienced rental executive having worked with NES Rentals and most recently Cross Country Infrastructure Services, joins Crouch’s RMC Consults LLC business to expand its advisory services.

RMC Consults works with rental company sellers, buyers, and investors from the beginning of a transaction through to due diligence and completion.

Crouch, himself a veteran of the US rental scene, said; “Mike brings tremendous experience from the equipment rental business growing and divesting several rental companies.

“Our goal is to provide what is best for our clients, their families, and employees now and for the future. I am excited to take this next step along with Mike and to grow the business. We want to invite all rental companies and equipment manufacturers to partner with us.”

Disser said he was excited to partner with Crouch to grow RMC Consults; “I look forward to providing strategic direction, value and transaction opportunities to our rental industry partners.

“We can now offer a full array of business planning, analysis and transitionary services to more rental equipment businesses from east coast to west.

“We will work closely with you to understand the business valuation, whether or not you are interested in selling now or later, and what steps you should take to fully understand and prepare for the impact of a potential sale.”
