New leadership at Palazzani

Palazzani Industrie has announced that Paola Palazzani has been elected President of the company, taking over from her father Davide Palazzani, who takes on the position of Vice President.

The roles were confirmed at a board meeting on 23 February, at which it was also confirmed that company COO Francesco Zola would join the board with the new title of Managing Director and CEO.

David Palazzani was one of the recipients of the Lifetime Achievement Award at the International Awards for Powered Access (IAPAs), which took place in the Copenhagen last week.

With more than 25 years of experience in the aerial platform industry, Paola will lead the company’s long-term strategy, with the aim of continued development. Davide Palazzani will run the company’s finances, supported by Dr Cristian Marchina, as CFO.

Alongside Paola, Engineer Francesco Zola, with longstanding experience in the automotive industry, will head up Palazzani’s  strategic operations and the management of all related business activities.

The company said the changes mark a new chapter for Palazzani Industrie. “I believe that our tandem leadership will aim to consolidate and strengthen the company’s position in the global market, while maintaining the values of innovation and quality that have distinguished it since its foundation,” said Paola Palazzani.

Zola added that the company faced the future with renewed confidence. “we are ready to face new challenges and seize new opportunities to reach our goals.”
