New look for Haulotte products
19 January 2021
Haulotte is modifying the colour scheme and graphics on its products to strengthen the company’s branding and provide a coherent image across its range of aerial platforms and material lifts.
The new colour scheme makes clear distinction between the main components of the equipment, to make them immediately identifiable. The manufacturer’s emblematic yellow remains unchanged, however, the previous light grey has been switched to a darker grey to create a greater contrast.
From now on, scissor stacks will also be painted dark grey to strengthen the perception of robustness and stability, said the company, as well as helping the integration of cylinders and hoses on the machine.
All safety related elements on the equipment are now painted red, making it easier to locate them at a glance, while the platforms’ access areas now come standard in a dark colour for better identification, and the wheel rims have been painted black.
“The implementation of a new colour trim goes far beyond simply refreshing the aesthetics of our machine range. We aimed at developing a homogeneous and impactful visual identity with recurring markers, that are never ornamental but always at the service of functionality and legibility, said Sebastian Dittus, Haulotte designer.
Machine graphics and markings have also been redesigned to provide better visibility of the information and easier reading. From now on, they are monochrome; either black or white characters, depending on the background. For a more refined look, the working height is highlighted in the model designation, with a separate insert-type design.
New safety labels are also being rolled out to make it easier to read instructions.
The new scheme is being introduced early in 2021 with the Compact DX scissor lifts range and will be progressively applied to all models.
