Palazzani assists with Lyon museum project

A Palazzani Ragno TSJ 35/R ECO is being put to use in the construction of the Musée des Confluences in Lyon, France.
The ambitious science and humanities museum project is to be housed in a futuristic steel and glass transparent crystal.
Permasteelisa, the main contractor working on the glass and steel façade, brought in the Ragno TSJ 35/R ECO with telescopic jib as its access solution for indoor and outdoor areas.
Palazzani supplied a wheeled version of the Ragno TSJ 35/R ECO, which works off an electric power supply, for work on the façade building and future maintenance.
The Musée des Confluences is expected to open this autumn.
Meanwhile, Italian manufacturer Palazzani has introduced its latest Skyline Cabin.
The cabins, which sit on a Paload Skyline articulated wheel loader, are designed according to the latest safety standards for ROPS and FOPS to provide the maximum protection against falling debris.
Palazzani says the new cabin also offers improved visibility, through a wide glazed area that enables the operator to have a complete view of the tool at the maximum height.
The cabins are also fitted with heating and air-conditioning, and are soundproofed.
