Palazzani global warranty partnership

Italy-based Palazzani Industrie has signed an agreement with MG Garantie to manage warranty extensions for the company’s aerial platforms beyond Europe.

The agreement sees the launch of the Palazzani Care program, which strengthens Palazzani’s after-sales support across its global markets. 

The program aims to safeguard platform owners’ investment through a warranty extension service that is activated upon machine delivery. Coverage includes the management of accidental failures of mechanical and electrical components, following procedures that ensure the exclusive use of original spare parts and the direct involvement of Palazzani Dealer Network.

MG Garantie specializes in after-sales management and warranty extensions for the automotive and industrial sectors. The company will coordinate the entire Palazzani Care process, from fault reporting to technical verification and authorization of repairs, guaranteeing quick response times and compliance with the service standards jointly defined with Palazzani.

The agreement extends the Palazzani Care coverage well beyond Europe, including strategic markets such as the UK, Switzerland, the US, Canada and NAFTA countries, as well as Australia, India, the Middle East, Egypt, the APAC region, and South America. A coverage designed to support Palazzani platforms wherever they are deployed, ensuring the same high level of service worldwide.
