Raising awareness during Tower Week

PASMA is raising money for the UK's Children in Need this week with two potentially hair raising challenges.

First, the mobile access tower industry body is challenging people to take the Tower Test this week and raise money for Children in Need.

The online test is designed to find out how much users really know about the most common mistakes made when working at height on scaffold towers.

The test, which can be taken online at towerweek.pasma.org.uk, coincides with Tower Week – a national awareness week spotlighting scaffold towers, which is being held between November 10th and 14th. It shows pictures of towers and asks what – if anything – is wrong with them. For every test taken, PASMA is donating a pound to Children in Need.

As well as donating money to Children In Need for every test taken, Tower Week is also seeing PASMA chairman Chris Blantern raise money with a sponsored ‘epic journey’ around the UK to as many of PASMA’s hundreds of training centres as possible. With him is a Pudsey Bear who he is taking up towers at the centres.
Donations can be made via Just Giving.
