Renta completes Danish acquisition

Renta Group has completed the acquisition of Danish rental company Nordjysk Lift ApS. The deal was first announced in March this year.
Nordjysk is a general rentals business operating from 11 depots throughout Denmark, with a focus on Northern Jutland. It employs more than 100 staff and generates annual revenues of around DKK180 million (€24 million).
The deal means that Renta now has 27 locations in Denmark, and expands its product range in the country to include site modules.

Founded in 2015, Renta operates in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Poland, and the Baltics, with 193 depots and approximately 2,300 employees.
