The 500th Denka Lift has been built in Germany by Rothlehner since the company took over the brand in 2014.
Production moved from Denmark to Germany when distributor Rothlehner took ownership of trailer mount specialist Denka Lift from its original owners.
The DL30, the flagship model of the range, was delivered to a customer in Switzerland through long-standing Swiss dealer SkyAccess Handel.

Offering a working height of 30m, lateral outreach of 11.6m and a gross weight of 3,500 kg, the electric powered DL30 can still be conveniently towed by a suitable passenger car or SUV.
Denka Lift access platforms have been manufactured in Massing since 2014, following the transfer of production from Denmark. In addition to manufacturing, the Rothlehner Group provides international spare parts supply, technical service and the refurbishment of used machines.
The partnership with Martin Vögtli, owner of SkyAccess, dates back to the 1990s and is based, said the company, on a shared commitment to quality, durability and emission-free battery drives.
In keeping with this, SkyAccess arrived for the acceptance inspection of the 500th unit with its own electric towing vehicle, a Ford F-150 Lightning. Vögtli commented, “The electrification of access platforms is nothing new to us. We have been accustomed to emission-free working with Denka lifts for decades. Today, our entire fleet is electric, including our towing vehicles and transport trucks.”
