Germany-based rental company HKL Baumaschinen has received a visit from senior German politician Claus Ruhe Madsen.
Madsen, who is Minister of Economic Affairs of Schleswig-Holstein, visited HKL Center Lübeck earlier this month to discuss the construction industry and upcoming projects in the region, with HKL Managing Director Frank Seidler, Branch Manager Thomas Zinke and Corporate Spokesperson Ulf Böge in attendance.
Madsen acknowledged the role the company has played in the region throughout its history; “HKL is, for us in Schleswig-Holstein, both a consistent and strong employer, and the company supports important infrastructure projects in our state with its machinery.
“We have big plans. So, there are many good reasons to look positively towards the future.”
Seidler added, “We appreciate the pleasant exchange with our Minister of Economic Affairs. We all share a high level of commitment and a common pursuit of progress. We are happy to be involved in the many great projects here in the region.”
Meanwhile, HKL also revealed further details of planned expansion in 2024, with a new center in Dortmund set to open in May. The company also plans to renovate its HKL Center in Ingolstadt to create a state-of-the-art container facility by the end of 2024. A new center in Lüneburg is also planned.
