Sinoboom introduces intelligent display

Sinoboom has introduced its upgraded display for larger boom lifts, SmartHub Screen, developed for optimised operation and fleet management.

The large-format display screen enables four key functions: intelligent, manual-free diagnosis and maintenance; complete visualised machine status; closed-loop permission security; and eight-language multilingual operating interface.

SmartHub Screen, shown earlier this year during the 2026 edition of ConExpo, enables fast, tool-free fault diagnosis and resolution, supported by an expanded fault library, guided repair instructions, and OTA remote updates for more efficient maintenance.

Built on a structured CAN network, it provides clear machine status visualisation for improved troubleshooting, while optimised navigation, CAN-ID setup, and sensor calibration enhance usability for daily operation and monitoring.

Machine security is enhanced through traceable access control and data protection. A multi-level dynamic password system ensures secure and trackable logins, while the upgraded EDR (black box) function provides reliable data storage and operational logs for root-cause analysis.

Sinoboom SmartHub Screen is being rolled out across almost all Sinoboom boom lifts. “These features of SmartHub Screen significantly enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve fleet management visibility for customers,” said the company.
