Texada launches mobile sales management tool

Texada Software has launched a new Field Sales Tracker offering productivity tools to outside sales teams at heavy equipment rental businesses and equipment dealerships.

The Sales Tracker is a mobile-based solution giving sales reps tools including optimised route planning, live territory visibility, and AI and voice-enabled data entry, allowing sales reps to dictate notes and log tasks. A colour-coded map show reps and branch managers which accounts are ‘warm’ and which are going cold.

It also includes geofence verification, a business card scanner, and mileage tracking directly from the phone, eliminating manual double entry.

Texada said outside sales representatives spend hours driving inefficient routes and managing administrative duties using disconnected tools.

It added that the lack of centralised visibility means branch managers are unable to verify territory coverage, resulting in overlapping customer calls, lost opportunities, and inaccurate pricing quotes.

The Tracker has been developed in partnership with RepMove, the Nebraska-based developer of mobile sales management tools.
