Tire lock geared for aerial lifts

Premium Content

16 December 2009

A new lock from The Equipment Lock Company (TELC) is designed specifically to keep scissor lifts, aerial man lifts and forklifts from being stolen. The anti-theft device, the Cushion Tire Lift Lock, was manufactured for hard-rubber type tires typically used indoors. The lock works by clamping onto one steer-tire and then secures the tire in the turned position thus preventing the equipment from being stolen, the company says. The lock can have multiple units keyed.

TELC offers powder coated or electroplayed finishes and combination locks for some of its products.
