Total test in 15 sec

The Spectro CA-12 has been designed to solve the problems of traditional EIS (electrochemical Impedance spectroscopy) by using powerful signal processors and most particularly a patented algorithm. The Spectro CA-12 can measure capacity, conductance and state of charge in 15sec.

Isidor Buchmann CEO of Cadex Electronics Inc, warns that, although rapid battery testing may be encouraging, rapid-testers, such as the Spectro CA-12, are not universal instruments capable of measuring the capacity of any battery; they need a battery specific matrix as a reference. On purchasing such a unit, the instrument includes one of several matrices that are automatically matched with the selected battery. Cadex says it is currently in the process of expanding the matrix library to include all major battery types.
