UK System Scaffold Hire buys former Haki UK facility

Rental company UK System Scaffold Hire (UKSSH) has purchased the former head office and logistics hub of specialist manufacturer Haki.

The deal for the Tamworth site, located in the Midlands, also includes £1.5 million (US2.1 million) worth of Haki’s scaffold systems.

While the full value of the acquisition was not disclosed, UKSSH said the purchase reflects the company’s “impressive” growth and that it would run the new site in addition to its current Chesterfield base...Sign in to continue reading.
