Utilisation moves up at Coates Hire

Coates Hire in Australia has reported EBIT of $119.4m for the six months ended 31 December 2021 (HY22); its EBIT guidance for 2022 has been upgraded to low double-digit growth.

Coates’ owner Seven Group Holdings (SGH) said in a statement on the results that it “continues to adapt effectively to evolving market conditions, delivering strong results” across its businesses.
