Zeppelin concludes purchase of Danish renter

Zeppelin Group has completed the acquisition of Danish rental company CP ApS.

The company announced its intention to purchase CP ApS April, and the deal has now been approved by the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority.

Zeppelin says the respective companies will now enter an “integration process” which will see IT systems, businesses processes and rebranding all intergrated. 

Following the conclusion of the integration process, Zeppelin says it will be the third largest rental company in Denmark.

The company has also announced changes to the leadership structure of the Danish company, with Lasse Ludvigsen, general manager of Zeppelin’s rental business in Denmark assuming the role of managing director of CP ApS.

He will be supported by CP’s COO, Peter Jakobsen, with founder and owner Julie Bruun set to leave the company as of now due to maternity leave.

Ludvigsen said, “CP and Zeppelin Rental Denmark’s product portfolio complement each other close to perfectly, so we can offer a complete rental program with very large capacity, and our physical locations around the country are also strengthened.”
