Zeppelin Rental becomes IPAF training centre in Austria

Zeppelin Rental Austria has become a certified IPAF training centre, able to train for PAL cards at its rental locations in Vienna (South), Linz, Salzburg and Graz, and at customer sites.

It will offer an eight-hour course combining classroom instruction and practical sessions. In addition, Zeppelin offers the Austrian operator certification for aerial platforms based on AUVA Guideline M820, which is issued by the Austrian Workers’ Compensation Board.

The company can also provide training for other types of construction machinery and equipment, including the AUVA M250 qualifications for excavator and wheel loader operation.

“Training and instruction form the foundation for maximum safety when working with aerial work platforms, construction machinery and equipment,” said Daniel Frauwallner, head of training at Zeppelin Rental Austria, who also manages the company’s Vienna (South) rental depot.

“Well-trained employees significantly reduce the risk of accidents, operator errors and downtime, while also ensuring construction companies meet their legal obligations.”
