AXCS appoints southeast sales manager

AXCS Equipment has appointed Nic Dykman as the company’s new southeast regional sales manager. In his new role, Dykman will focus on strengthening relationships with existing customers, driving targeted sales growth, and pursuing strategic new business opportunities throughout the Southeast region.

Dykman brings 13 years of equipment and rental industry experience to AXCS Equipment, built entirely during his tenure with Herc Rentals. His background spans six years in sales, five years in operations, and two years as fleet solutions manager overseeing fleet and OEM management.

In his new position, Dykman will manage customer portfolios, expand market presence across the Southeast, and support dealer and rental partners with dedicated service.
