Axolift gains industrial customer with multiple order

Veneto-based AGB has focused on workplace safety with the introduction of Axolift low level access platforms in all of its plants.

AGB, a family-owned specialist producer of doors, windows and shutters, has invested in 10 units from local low level access specialist Axolift as part of a modernisation programme focusing on safety and sustainability.

The compact platforms, both in manual and electric versions and designed to operate across many working environments as a safer alternative to ladders and scaffolding, said the company. 

Axolift is a brand of Gromet - a family-run company based in Bassano del Grappa which has been active in the metal and mechanical construction for over 30 years.

Safer solutions

The platforms are generally used during normal plant operations, while rental companies are expanding their fleets of  low level access products, said Axolift.

Massimo Grossele, owner of Gromet/Axolift, added that Italian companies are also becoming aware of the advantages of these solutions, which are gradually becoming a preferred option - a trend already established in other European countries, particularly in Northern Europe.
