Bravi shows board carrier

29 March 2011

At ConExpo Italian vertical mast specialist, Bravi was showing a prototype for a new board carrier device which can be adapted to the Bravi Lite or the Leonardo machines.

The board carrier can handle weights up to 15 kg, it is easy to fit and can be set at different heights for operators of different statures. The attachment is designed so that the light manoeuvrable vertical mast machines can be used when fitting plasterboard instead of scaffold towers or heavier scissors. It also allows the job to be completed by a single operative rather than two men.

Bravi reported that there had already been a good reaction to the attachment at the show.

At the stand at the time of Access International's visit was the London Tower Service rental company, The company reported that it currently has a contract with UK department store chain, John Lewis, which is using the Leonardos in a big store refit that is underway. John Lewis will only use the Bravi machines and on the back of that London Tower Services is buying five more Leonardos for its fleet.
