GTAccess adds 22m Dingli scissors
26 April 2021
UK rental company GTAccess has taken delivery of four 22m (72ft) working height Dingli DL2223 RTB diesel scissor lifts that will join its existing fleet of 5.6m and 7.5m (18ft and 24ft) Dingli electric scissors.
These new machines top out GTA’s fleet of rough terrain scissors that previously reached up to 17.95m (59ft). With its large working platform, four-wheel drive, automatic levelling hydraulic outriggers, 30% gradeability and the 22m working height in a relatively compact design, the Dingli DL2223 RTB will be ideal for customers, said GTA.
GTAccess, which operate 1,700 MEWPs from depots in the West Midlands, South East and Wales, has also taken delivery of its first 30.3m (99ft) working height Dingli BT30RT all terrain telescopic boom, which will add capabilities to its growing fleet.
The BT30RT offers 22.7m (74ft) of outreach with an unrestricted platform capacity of 454kg (1,001lb). The low centre of gravity design provides maximum stability for a compact rough terrain machine, said the company. “And the four wheel drive and steer makes it perfect for traversing the rough terrain and cluttered construction sites that are all too familiar today,” GTA added.
In addition to the new Dingli’s, GTAccess has placed large orders for new scissors and booms from Genie, Manitou, JLG and Haulotte with deliveries already starting to trickle in to its depots across the country.
