Haulotte has redesigned its service contracts offer so that customers can more easily choose the level of equipment support they need.

Available to purchasers of both new and used equipment, the company’s service offer now comprises three separate contracts; Maintenance, Full Service and a Warranty Extension Contract.

According to Haulotte, the new modular approach means customers can ensure their equipment is in full operational order and that it complies with regulations.

Pierre Barbet, Customer Service technical manager at Haulotte, said, “Haulotte’s service contracts have been refined to bring more legibility and peace of mind.

“They help our customers to control their Total Cost of Ownership. The Haulotte technicians’ know-how combined with the use of genuine spare parts maximise the fleet’s uptime and optimize the residual value of the machines.”

While the manufacturer’s Essential Warranty Extension contract means equipment owners save on any repair costs associated faulty machines, its Comfort Maintenance contract includes an annual maintenance review.

The review is carried out by Haulotte technicians and, in addition to standard maintenance, will also identify potential threats on the machines. The Maintenance contract also now includes a heavy-duty option, which provides maintenance reviews twice a year for equipment that is used intensively.

Haulotte’s Serenity Full Service contract combines its Warranty and Maintenance contracts and is designed to lower the total cost of ownership.
