IAPA awards judges announced

Four of the five judges for the IAPA awards 2023 can now be confirmed, as they prepare to consider entries from the industry across 13 categories.
As always, the International Awards for Powered Access (IAPAs) represents the global access industry at its highest level and encourages individuals and companies, large or small, that can demonstrate best practice, to enter.
The deadline for entries is 1 December 2023. Visit the IAPA awards website to download the entry forms.
This year’s judges are:
Vicki Allen, Managing Director of International Platforms
Allen celebrates 20 years in the access platform industry in 2024, during which time she has worked with many of the biggest names in the business. She started her own company with her daughter, Jade, in 2020 and today, as well as running a busy firm with clients across the world, is a champion for improved diversity and co-operation within the access platforms industry. Allen won the first IAPA Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) award in 2023.
Elisabeth Ausimour, President of the Product division, Manitou.
Ausimour has overseen a major expansion of the company’s MEWP product line and manufacturing facilities. Ausimour joined Manitou in 2005 and assumed responsibility for hydraulic purchasing.
In 2009, she took over customer quality and from 2011 to 2016, directed the Candé platform plant in Maine-et-Loire, France.
Dawei He, Global Sales and Marketing Director, Sinoboom.
Dawei joined Sinoboom in 2021 to define the company’s global market strategy for Sinoboom and develop the overseas team.
Previously Dawei was with Liugong since 2008 in a range of senior roles, including President of Latin America, General Manager for LiuGong and Global Sales Director Global Sales Director for Liugong Dressta Machinery.
Vipul Tulsian, Managing Partner at India-based RentEase International.
Having started up in 2017 as a rental company of new scissor lifts, RentEase has since the Covid, added used equipment sales to its portfolio and widened its new equipment distribution offering by becoming an exclusive dealer for Niftylift and Scanclimber in India. The company has also set up in Belgium and the USA, with an office in the latter opening as a trading and sourcing centre for used equipment.
