IPAF Summit/IAPAs available in seven languages

Viewers of the IPAF Summit and IAPA awards, being held for the first time in a virtual format on 18 March, will be offered translations in six languages.

Simultaneous translations will be available for all the presentations at the event, which is being held in English, with the speakers translated into Chinese (Mandarin), French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.

Viewers can choose which language to stream the presentations in by selecting an option on the online platform.

The event will take place over two and a half hours on the afternoon of 18 March (starting at 15.00 UK time) using a dedicated online platform. Registration for the event is free at www.iapa-summit.info/booking.html

Around a week before the event, the online viewing platform will go live. This will be a dedicated website which can be viewed from any device or computer.

All those who have registered will receive an e-mail giving the website address and an invitation to log in. To log in, you must use the same e-mail address used to register. The website will recognise your e-mail.

After setting a password you will have free and continual access to the viewing platform.

In addition to accessing the event itself on the day, the site will be live for the week before the event. Attendees can find information about the shortlisted companies, details of the speakers and the sponsors.

Networking

Networking through chat and video calls is also possible, and this function will be available in the week before the event as well as during it. There will also be a dedicated 45 minute ‘networking’ session at the conclusion of the presentations.

If you have any questions, contact Jo Power at IPAF ([email protected]) or Murray Pollok at KHL ([email protected]).
