Mateco launches multi-services app

Rental company major mateco has released its own comprehensive services app - mateco G0.

Whether it’s the equipment configurator for selecting the perfect machine, the location finder with route planner, or the comprehensive knowledge and product database – the app supports customers with challenges on the construction site and in the office, whenever access equipment is needed.

“This takes our service to a new level,” said Corina Flouris, Head of Marketing and Communications at mateco. “Customers can easily submit their rental requests digitally via the app or register directly for one of our training courses. Thanks to FAQs, videos, and safety guidelines, they are also always well-informed.”

mateco GO offers a range of solutions, including offline available technical data and technical data including reach diagrams – offline, without login, and free of charge. There is an equipment configurator poviding automatic calculation of the right machine for a specific application, including direct rental request.

In addition, the location finder quickly find the nearest mateco location, including contact information and directions to a customer in the field. The fault reporter gets help fast without delay, while direct booking of operator training courses and also be carried via the app. 

The app’s Knowledge Base is a reference tool providing everything from FAQs to blogs, with all items centrally located for easy access.
