MCS integrates invoice processing

MCS Rental Software has partnered with DocTech, UK-based provider of document management and automation solutions, to provide rental businesses with an advanced solution to streamline the handling of large volumes of invoices, enhancing speed, accuracy, approvals, and cash flow management.

Available to both existing and new MCS Rental Software customers, the integration—developed by DocTech and powered by DocuWare—automatically matches invoices to purchase orders within MCS and generates purchase invoices directly in the MCS rental management system.

The company said the new solution reduces the time spent on manual data entry and significantly minimises errors, which can be costly for rental businesses handling high invoice volumes.

DocTech, a long-standing partner of DocuWare, developed the integration to automate and simplify invoice workflows.

The solution connects to rental businesses’ main operational systems and provides a range of benefits, including improved efficiency and scalability.

Nick Thomson, MCS sales director, said, “The partnership with DocTech has already delivered great operational improvements for our customers. Rental companies processing large numbers of invoices can now save valuable time while reducing human error, ensuring a smoother and more efficient invoicing process.”

Ruban Rajasooriyar, DocTech managing director, added, “We are delighted to partner with MCS Rental Software to bring this solution to the rental market. Rental companies can now manage invoices at the click of a button, freeing up resources to focus on growth rather than hiring additional admin staff to keep up with demand.”
