New speakers announced for IRC 2023

Two international speakers have been confirmed for the 2023 International Rental Conference (IRC) in Shanghai on 23 October.
IPAF CEO Peter Douglas and Loxam COO Paul Rankin will both present.
Douglas will address the role of e-learning in aerial platform training.
Rankin, who works in Loxam’s Powered Access division (Loxam PAD), will share his thoughts on creating a successful powered access rental business.
The event, which is organised by International Rental News (IRN), takes place at the Jumeirah Himalayas hotel the day before the start of APEX Asia.

This is the tenth edition of IRC, and the first to welcome overseas visitors and speakers since the 2020 pandemic.
A number of other speakers at IRC 2023 will be confirmed in the near future.
