Kiloutou adds fifth specialist rental division

Kiloutou has launched a new specialist rental subsidiary for cooling, heating and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment for customers in the industrial, energy and events sectors.

The division is called Kiloutou Climatec and follows the acquisition in June this year of Froid Loc Services. The CEO of Froid Loc, Eric Dantart, will lead the new division.

Kiloutou Climatec is already operating throughout France from depots in the Ile de France region and Bordeaux.

Its applications will cover temperature control in industrial processes, in the food industry, and securing temperature-sensitive facilities.

Climatec is Kiloutou’s fifth specialist division, following Kiloutou Énergie (generators and pumps), Kiloutou Module (portable accommodation), Kiloutou Signalisation (signalling and safety equipment) and Loca Réception (party and events).

The move is part of a broader diversification strategy to enter new high-potential markets including rail, industry, energy, services and events.

Pierre Knoché, managing director – Kiloutou France, said; “With Kiloutou Climatec, we are pursuing our diversification strategy by expanding our scope of action to include technical solutions that are essential to the most demanding industries.

“Our ambition is clear: to offer an increasingly comprehensive, innovative and responsible range of services, and to make Kiloutou a multi-specialist player dedicated to improving our customers’ performance.”
