Sudhir Rentals MD set to join IPAF board

Rahul Seth, Managing Director of the Sudhir Group of Companies, which operates a rental fleet in India, the Middle East and UK, has joined the IPAF board.

Seth was seconded to the board following a meeting of IPAF board members and will officially join once it is put to the vote by the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in March 2025.

As a distinguished second-generation entrepreneur, Seth has led Sudhir Group to remarkable milestones, said IPAF, with a group revenue exceeding US$400 million. “His strategic, operational, and financial expertise has significantly contributed to the company’s success,” added IPAF.

The company boasts an extensive fleet of more than 6,500 aerial platforms, 3,000 gensets, and 1,000 units of material handing equipment, operating across 20 rental locations in India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the UK.

The group’s partnerships with global leaders such as Cummins USA, Schneider France, Beaward UK, and JLG USA have enabled it to cater to the needs of over 100,000 customers, served by a team of more than 4,000 professionals across multiple manufacturing facilities in India.

Karel Huijser, appointed IPAF President earlier this year in March, commented, “We are thrilled to have Rahul Seth join the IPAF board. Apart from his business acumen, Rahul Seth is a committed philanthropist. He has been recognised for the establishment of a large skill development centre that provides training and employment opportunities to over 1,000 students.
