Aptean, which is based in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA, said it would leverage its global scale and resources to accelerate Mistral’s growth and broaden its offer to existing customers.

“We are excited to add capabilities to support equipment dealers and distributors in France to our ERP offerings,” said Duane George, Aptean’s General Manager for EMEA and APAC,

“The talented Mistral team brings decades of experience to the development of its applications and shares Aptean’s commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience, backed by deep industry expertise.”

Fabrice Le Camus, CEO of Mistral, said the two businesses were aligned in the goal to provide tailored, integrated solutions; “Together with Aptean, we will accelerate the delivery of our new cloud-base ERP offering and expand our capabilities to support equipment dealers, distributors and rental companies in their digital transformation journey, across France and beyond.”

Based in Clermont-Ferrand, France and founded in 1989, Mistral develops software that incorporates modules for accounting and financials, equipment rental, sales and distribution, maintenance and repair, and transportation management. It also has modules for field technicians, fleet management and customer relationship management (CRM).

Aptean’s ERP systems are sold to sectors including fashion, manufacturing, retail, life sciences and equipment dealer management.
