Russia-based aerial platform rental company Vertex is providing 40% of its fleet to help built facilities to help fight the spread of COVID-19.

The company said it felt it was its duty to supply its equipment free of charge towards the construction of urgently-required medical infrastructure to help people who have been infected with the Coronavirus.

Dmitry Andreevich Pankin, CEO of Vertex, said, “In order to cope with this global problem, and prevent what is happening in the USA and Europe in our country, we need to join efforts on a global scale.

“We ought to assist in the construction of first-class, modern medical centres to prevent the spread of coronavirus in Russia. The values of our company are based on doing the right thing.”
