Zoomlion opens Europe factory

Zoomlion officially opened its new manufacturing facility in Tatabánya, Hungary.

Around 160 customers, partners, and government officials in attended the iinauguration ceremony on 18 March. 

Phase one of the facility will serve as Zoomlion Access’s European hub for manufacturing, research and development, and service, as well as parts support. The company will now move on to Phase two, to further enhance local production, R&D innovation, and service capabilities across the region.

Ren Huili, Vice President of Zoomlion and General Manager of Zoomlion Access Machinery, said the new plant represented a key milestone in the company’s European strategy.

“The facility will strengthen local manufacturing, innovation, and service capabilities, enabling Zoomlion to better support customers and respond more efficiently to market demand.”

As well as providing localized manufacturing, engineering, and service capabilities for the European market, it will also offer parts supply and after-sales support.

“By integrating production, R&D, and service resources in one location, Zoomlion Access aims to deliver faster response times, improved operational efficiency, and more reliable support to customers across the region,” added the company.
